IMPORTANT - READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO APPLYING!

*Please note that consenting to the waiver and a Criminal Record Check (CRC) are both mandatory parts of volunteering. If you are under 18 years of age a parent or guardian must
sign the attached waiver and return to the Kamloops Sports Council either via email at info@kamloopsribfest.com, by mail or in person to 262 Lorne Street, V2C 1W1.

Please read the CRC Walk Through Guide prior to completing or sharing your CRC, so that you are prepared for the different scenarios. If you are unable to share your previous years CRC's due to your record not being found, you have to print off the document they provide and bring it to 262 Lorne Steet (Kamloops Sports Council) to be verified, or else you can complete a new CRC.
